To clarify, I ran it through the one time pad using the letters in the title of the image to get this output. D code says it matches an enigma code.
I reckon the 6 6 6 refers to the rings. I tried putting VI, VI, VI as the inputs but the three ring enigma options don't allow VI as an option. I can't get the four ring option to work. My idea was the middle C refers to a specific option, the letters refer to the two rings. So U, K, W are ring one. R, T, W ring two. I'm not a cryptography nerd so I likely am talking shit.

Like I say, I don't dabble in cryptography. I had a book on it. I'm an intuitive puzzle solver but I lack the practical skills. Seems to be leaning towards enigma image being relevant. Another thing worth mentioning. There are twelve frames. 6 6 6.May be relevant to examine the 6th and 12th frame. The other six may factor into that.
That last frame is making me think this is just a troll. But... you never know.
