I would say watch anime series movies that were redone. I don't know if they did any major changes since I haven't went back to rewatch it, but it should be higher quality. I find it better after watching the anime to go back and read the manga for more details. Because if they skip something you know about it will annoy you. The cuteness is there, but they generally get really into heavy moments that a lot people struggle to watch. No the follow up of this image isn't sexy time sadly.

I came to this scene an uncounted number of times.
Anyway, replying to the other user, I would recommend reading the manga if you generally enjoy manga, and have the time for it.
I would recommend jumping straight into the anime if you want bite-sized horny kids.
The anime is a very, very close adaptation and extremely well done. For many scenes that make me rock hard, it was very interesting to compare manga to anime. But you don't need to read everything to do that.
