I hate anticholinergics and antihistamines (DPH is both) but diphenhydramine antihistamine activity goes well with opioids, it reduces the itchiness and nausea

Seriously considering a guided shroom trip as a mental reboot (lots of anxiety leading to decision paralysis and then anxiety induced depression right now).
