Talk to her. Sounds like depression, ask her whats wrong, that you've noticed she seems to be struggling with things lately and if there's anything you can do to help. Don't tell her she stinks or say anything that could make her feel guilt or shame otherwise she'll become defensive and pushback even if she knows you're right.

He just kept compliment her when she smelled good or shaved etc. She changed through rhis positive reinforcement. Maybe you can apply this to your situation. Or you can openly talk to her about it.
