US Senate just said no american has gun rights

The more they limit it, the less it means. Just a reminder that DC v. Heller simply stated that the 2nd amendment is a personal right to bear arms. it did not address which type of scrutiny is applied to the right. The leading jurisprudence is that intermediate scrutiny applies. Any other constitutional provision requires strict scrutiny, but the 2nd amendment is special and needs intermediate, apparently. This hasn't been decided by scotus but you better bet your ass your gun rights are going going gone before the court hears cases on it. Kavenaugh is for strict scrutiny on the 2nd amendment. But if any case makes it up there good luck.

the government will do the fuck it was hired for, or it will be shot by the people

Wow, I wish I could live in your obvious trailer park fantasy world.

Y'all won't do shit

In Canada self defence as a whole is illegal lol I fuckin hate this soft ass country

domesticated faggots

Pressing X on your claim you'll shoot glowniggers coming for your guns.

I didn't say anything about me or anything I would or wouldn't do myself or conduct any other individual person to do or not do.
The chance for the ruling class to instigate mass psychosis demonizing the means of self defense to cull the chance of pushback is over.
How she goes.

We don’t have to do anything but not comply. The government can’t:
Throw us all in prison
Collect our magazines or ammo
Find half of the guns we own
Develop a database
Stop people from manufacturing firearms or ammunition
Go door to door collecting guns without getting shot at

Red flag laws don’t work, magazine bans don’t work, assault weapons bans don’t work. We will continue to have guns until long after we’re all dead in the ground.

Literally nothing about the new gun bill says you can't have guns

>The government can’t
Why not?

What did you do when they banned full autos?
What did you do when they put short shotguns and rifles on permits?
What did you do when they banned bump stocks?
That's right. Nothing. And it shows the 2nd isn't a licence to own any weapon

cool story, bro

I will give you an example of a real life situation.
>have the right to own a gin
>the length and the requirements of procedures making it impossible to own one
>only the chosen ones can have it

Example two, If you are so into technicalities:
>have the right of peaceful protest and gathering
>have to ask for permission
>get denied

And there are a shittone of countries like that. Even authoritarians like Russia. If you want to turn US into that , then by all means. =)

so less gin? I fail to see where that's a problem unless you are a fucking Englishmen

>implying you can't just do those things anyway
>implying knowledge is illegal

The problem is that "right" is a default state. If it it gets restricted you don't have that right anymore. The government can restrict anything by creating a ridiculous conditions, making it impossible for you to execute your right. And the problem is that it is always a slippery slope.

The government turned on its principles before the revolutionary war was even over.

Shays never got paid for his five years of service, was dragged into Massachusetts court for debts because the gov't was squeezing people for money to pay their jew friends who bought up shit tons of war bonds from farmers and widows for dirt cheap when the war was at low points and were looking to collect. When he resisted, the founders flipped their shit and Samuel motherfucking Adams himself wrote a fucking riot act demanding Shays and his compatriots be hanged or whipped daily depending on their involvement and they were sentenced to be hanged until Hancock or whoever swooped into the governor's office and negated their death sentence and eventually got him his pension so he could live out the rest of his short life a broken alcoholic shell of a man.
That's actually where the time honored tradition of chewing up young men and spitting out damaged, substance abusing veterans to be completely neglected by the system comes from.

History is fun

Going going gone?
It takes 34 states to amend the constitution.
Nysrpa v bruen decision is coming down soon.
Gun rights have expanded massively for the past 30 years.
There is no other country on earth that comes even close to the US on gun rights or possession

Thanks for the input CIA tranny.

+300 million weapons in the USA, good luck taking them all. On top of that, if it were so easy to do, it sure is weird that it has taken them this long to do it.

Lmfao. Its all bait and you dummies fall for it all the time. What will remove your guns once and for all my amerifat friends, is some huge cataclusmic event where one side (gun holders) are deemed to be traitors. And then the good guy squad (government ,and useful idiots) can joink the guns out of your hands.

Such a thing could only happen at the end of a cataclysmic event, such as a civil war.

Just my opinion. TL;DR , your guns are safe, for now I bet.

It is logistically impossible for weapons to be physically taken.
Police have 1 million. Citizens have 400 million+
American citizens have more firearms than all the armies of the world combined, including all US armies.
Seizure is impossible. Making them illegal, then imprisoning anyone caught with one is much more feasible.
