anyone who tries to say THC is an addictive substance is either retarded, a conservative faggot, or both.

Grow up

Where's Quentin when you need him.

i can do without the weed but fuck i just prefer doing everything high

Wish weed was legal here. I'd definetely use it to cope

What's your understanding of moderation?

Because if someone uses it daily and wants to convince someone it isn't addicting then clearly that guy is a retard. There are people who are badly struggling with weed addiction because it doesn't have as big of an impact like meth. That's why it's dangerous because it isn't that bad that it's concerning. And still weed makes you stupid and lazy.

if a THC user uses it every day, that doesn't mean its an addiction. I smoked every day, I wasn't an addict.

If a guy uses cocaine or MDMA once every few months, that doesn't mean he is addicted.

a man can IV inject heroin twice a day. that guy would be most definitely addicted.

its all about moderation

weed doesn't make you "stupid and lazy" neither long or short term.

also you sound like a conservative faggot. you sound like the type of faggot who thinks its okay to be on SSRIs but if you do shrooms or ketamine once then you should be in prison.

context matters, I'd say even if someone does it daily would you still say they are "addicted" if they just take a measly hit to space out for an hour?

to me an addiction is constantly pushing your body past any limit, every.fucking.minute.
those fuckers who take dab hits every 10 minutes just to feel a mild high are truly addicted bro

wow amazing why use it daily if it isn't addictive? For what reason do you smoke every day other than being addicted to it?

And I smoked for years btw so your comment is wrong. But you should be mature enough to take its downsides into account. But you already outet yourself as a hippocrite

As soon as something is daily than its an addiction for me. Because you implement it in your daily routine. Imagine that with alcohol you know

Ive been smoking weed for over 20 years, it is %100 addictive.

damn i guess i'm addicted to reading since i do it every day during my free time to relax, after finishing all my obligations for the day
i should really get this under control since it isn't impacting my life negatively and i enjoy it. i'm an addict :(

I mean you're sort of right. It can still be addictive mentally for somebody though; some people do try to take breaks and give in to just having another puff and never get there.

This is coming from someone who smokes every day and then takes month+ long tolerance breaks. Can stop whenever I want to, I do have a day or two right after where I have to resist the habit though.

I've found weed to change my life in terms of doing shit and being proactive, makes me really social and anxiety free. When I don't vape and I'm on a break for a month or two, the change carries over into my everyday life because I've done so much whilst high it feels natural to me now. Weed is a good antidepressant and there are some energetic and heady strains out there which I think people don't realise when they assume weed makes you lazy. You can exercise and work as long as you use it in moderation.

Life is shit as it is, weed and other substances make it more bearable for some, whatever morals you want to impose on that are your own.
The key word here is "Dependency", do you *NEED* whatever is you're taking to function? If you stop, will you feel bad from withdrawal?

Actually escapism can be very detrimental to your mental health user

I've done the exact same thing twice with cigarettes and weed, guess I don't have an addictive personality C:
based

Now compare what smoking weed and reading does to your brain. Reading doesn't make you fatigued and or slow down your cognitive abilities.

fair enough
true, but post i was mocking made the claim "why do something daily other than if you're addicted"
also some marijuana is stimulant, not that i think it makes you smarter

Being "addicted" and forming a physical dependence are two different things. You would be dumb to not think that after years of modifying the way your brain releases chemicals, that the brain won't adapt and move its base line creating a deficit of those chemicals when you're not high.

I've been smoking daily for 15 years and am trying to quit but I just hate myself when i'm not stoned. Going to the dr in a few weeks to be put on ssri's because now my dick doesnt work because i fucked up my brain chemicals

>ssri
worse than anything weed can do to you

it's damage control at this point

>looks down on others who like drugs
No one likes a Mormon. Piss off
