Raising Cane's has good tendies. Don't know if they have a lot of locations though.

Hellthyjunkfood rated raising cain's up top and same with culvers. Unfortunately we don't have raising cain but I've had culvers and they're ok. Prolly better than dq.

Popeyes or Wendy’s

Checkers fries are fire though

They specialize in just tendies pretty much, so it's like sit in restaurant quality, but fast food. Fries are good too, and course the toast. Sauce can be hit or miss, but I usually use Frank's buffalo sauce instead so don't care.
Popeyes tendies tend to be a bit dry and crispy. Fucking love their fries though.
