Dad's having a midlife crisis and resigned his directorial board job to study theology at university. He's already a lay minister, but seems pretty set on this path now. Any advice I could pass on?

I think a good rule of thumb would be when looking to minister and serve well, still be smart and don't let the institution or anyone in the institution take advantage of you.
