Besides, a TON of sites nowadays have gotten real persnickety about age verification, and old stuff gets purged mostly for that or bogus copyright claims

One place I tried to post it deleted my entire account for CP... because I gave when it was made as "x years ago" and the site had you set your age when you signed up... so it looked like it was from when we were kids. I told mods there "Uh.... y'all can see I set that age like 7 years ago when I signed up?"
