completely putting aside the issue of whether EVs are actually any better than fossil fuel vehicles,

did anyone actually think that they wouldn't be taxed eventually? did anyone really think that da gubmint wouldn't see their lost revenue from fossil fuel tax and seek to replace it?

>"anything" bros
how to spot a shill immediately

Gee I wonder what powers these energy pumps specifically for electric cars? Because electricity appears out of thin air after all

from thin air you say?

The Xiden administration wants GPS trackers in every car to tax them by the mile since EVs dont use gas. Say goodbye to your privacy.

And dont bother with the tinfoil hat comments. Its in the transportation bill thats already been passed. No links given for lazy millenial basterds either. IDGAF if you dont believe me.

touche, I know theres energy everywhere but you know what I meant

shill bros.... not like this

It is discovered that if we put electricity in the air to "wirelessly" power things, it will fry sensitive electronic circuits.

Or instead you can stop going to war for the jews.

g.. Gas bros?!?! What are we going to do wit the prices skyrocketing?

>put electricity in the air
It's called an electric field and obviously it induces a current in any conducting material it passes through including ICs obviously, so if the induced current is high enough it can damage them.

And just like that, you lose any reason to buy a EV.

As you should react when you have nothing and need to name call to feel like a special boy

>Because electricity appears out of thin air after all
Lol yeah, you ever heard of WIND TURBINES? Literally "thin air" you fucking idiot.

Thin air sure does kill a whole lot of birds. Not to mention the huge carbon footprint in making those "thin air" generator fans and the non-recyclable fiberglass they're filled with.

>Literally "thin air" you fucking idiot.
Literally cannot be recycled.

Wrong, also facts don't care about your feelings

Did you think your car could have internet access and no gps?

Every car has gps now.

Cannot be recycled.
Cannot be recycled.
Cannot be recycled.
Cannot be recycled.

bloomberg.com/news/features/2020-02-05/wind-turbine-blades-can-t-be-recycled-so-they-re-piling-up-in-landfills

Lots of cars have no bluetooth or 2 way communication and there are still plenty of older model GPS and even some newer ones that do not transmit anything.

>Every car has gps now.
This is simply not accurate. Google harder.

You wont believe it, but liberals have a cognitive radius of 0, that they then call euphimistically their "point of view"

>government needs to maintain roads
>apply tax to fuels
>if people drive a lot and wear down that infrastructure then they're going to need to purchase a lot of fuel
>it also means that its mostly people with cars that are covering the costs of car infrastructure
>newer technology makes it so far less fuel is used, but miles driven stay the same
>"hurrr durrr y u tax ev when ev no use fuel??

>he thinks the turbines just magically appeared

All they have to do is tax electricity and EV charging stations rather than invade everyones privacy even further by forcing them to use GPS tracking.

How do you mine nickel, neodymium, aluminum, copper and everything else that goes into those gigantic turbines? Oh thats right, diesel powered equipment, same as the vehicles that deliver them and the cranes that install them.

better than psueds spewing rubbish word salads

kek

The article says "Built to withstand hurricane-force winds, the blades can’t easily be crushed, recycled or repurposed."
>EASILY
So they could be recycled, there just isn't any infrastructure for it and probably no demand for such infrastructure either.

Since fuel taxes are where most road maintenance funds come from his sounds like a good way of making sure everyone pays their fair share.

Just make sure the penalties for cheating the system are high enough to deter that and it sounds good.

as opposed to the generators that are used in other forms of electric generation that don't use any metals?

>So they could be recycled, there just isn't any infrastructure for it
Which means they cannot be recycled.

Was anyone here really stupid enough to think the Government was going to leave this untaxed. Kek, the government always gets theirs.

Those require fossil fuels at every stage of development too. You're catching on at last.

Ok, you are a proud woman of color, we get it.

Even further down the article, there's mention of a business turning the blades into construction materials. So they can be recycled, are being recycled, just not at a large scale.

Just look at Ecobro in this image... saving the world. All the presence of a functioning meth head. While watching TV on the "fuel pump" during a three hour charge up to half. A good fucking goy.

lol welcome to the club. Republicans made it so that Wisconsin charges you more tax for buying a hybrid or ev to make up for the gas tax you won’t be paying. Because apparently hating people who don’t drive manly cars they approve of is more important than all that conservative hot air about not getting taxed for something you’re not buying. This party went full retard in its culture war shtick and needs to be destroyed.

Which means they're not being recycled.

GPS has no relevance to whether or not you have Internet access.

Like I’m going to believe anything published one Detroit

Well, you've backed down from "can't be recycled" to "aren't being recycled" (even though they are), and pushing further is just pedantry.
