nope because they're propane driven not gas driven

Yeah

yeah of course. you can on a bike or a skateboard

If you take it onto public streets, yes. If it's confined to private property like the warehouse, you'd be in danger of getting fired

You can get a dui for riding a bike drunk as fuck. That is powered by burritos and muscle

If you're in public, yes. If you're operating it within your own home, you can do as you wish.

In most company's you would be instantly sacked

what the fuck is that shit

looks like a piece of machinerey to dig

In Arizona, no you cannot. I have had two friends drinking in their cars in their garage with the keys in the ignition (not on), have cops approach them and give them a DUI. This was on two separate occasions. Private property doesn't mean what people think it means anymore.

Yes.

A bicycle is not considered a motor vehicle. You will get a ticket, much like drunk in public, but you will not get a DUI. Personal experience here

Those two friends likely have a case. If the cop didn't see them driving. However, there also is "intent to drive". It's a bit better for them if they weren't on a public road or parking lot.

That being said, your friends are idiots for drinking in the cars when they are home and can just drink inside. If you're going to drink in the car, do it in the passenger seat with keys nowhere to be found. Even then, they still might try to get you. Not worth the risk.

although you didn't get a DUI, it is still possible

Bullshit!!! Hold a beer up to a cop while mowing your grass on your private property and see him pull right in and arrest you for operating under the influence. It’s no joke. Use a search engine

DO MURRICANS...REALLLLYYYYYY

No, penal code language doesn't allow a DUI in anything other than a motor vehicle. At least in my state

don't cops have anything better to do
