Here let me finish the sentence for you.

>60hz is enough
for noone.

You're the 2500K fag aren't you? Same person posting the same bait threads on Any Forums for years at a time.

Why do this to yourself?

I prefer 75Hz, but I have a CRT.

enough shitty threads is enough
please don't give OP replies.

50hz is enough europoors

Only if it's a CRT. I cannot stand 60hz sample&hold blur.

The human eye can't see more than 24fps.

Too much.

Why is every CRT photo taken in a dark basement?

I agree.
Then again most of what I do is just read articles, write, do office work, and chat with you niggers
So beyond scrolling smoothness and moving windows around, I don't see why i'd need anything more than 60hz...

I want a 5 or 6k resolution screen though because 4k 32" just isn't as crisp as I like for text... and there aren't many screens with such resolution

I've been using 144Hz for a while, whenever I look at anything that is 60Hz again, I simply find it slow

Same reason every LCD image is taken exactly face-on, with either a static or slowly-moving image, and shooped to remove things like backlight bleed etc.

even my $180 phone is 90hz lol
60 hz is only acceptable on used laptops

I can smell the cope and damp sweat through my screen.

wrong. I always buy 60

Since that's impossible, I would argue that's your own. Got something to confess user, or should we all just make the obvious assumption?

Because displays look the best in the dark, regardless of technology.
But if you want light, here's some.

where are all the 5k+ screens?
it seems like only Apple and LG have them

we've been stuck on 4k foreeevvvvverrr

120hz is fun, but best paired with adaptive refresh rates. I found the move to 60hz to be great on its own.

Nah, once you go 120hz. You don't want to go back

You brain/eyes gets used to whatever you use on the regular. Going from 120 back to 60hz took about a month before I felt 60 is smooth as fuck again. Now 60 feels like high refresh rate. It’s all in your head.

For me even 50 Hz are enough. I started using a framelimiter on everything to save power.
