Ethnic cleansing.
Imagine the technology that goes into identifying, gathering and exterminating a demographic.

IR thermometers

Every house should have one, or several. They are so useful, you can quickly get a temperature of anything and once you have that possibility, you'll constantly find the need for it.
Outside temp, room temp, is your fridge working properly, is your frying pan hot enough to put down the meat, are there any spots on your walls or roof that needs better insulation, etc. etc.

Do you support ethnic cleansing? If so, of which ethnicities, and why?

I've been thinking of getting one, thanks for the reminder.

The OCaml programming language. It's a high-abstraction language that encourages functional style but unlike Haskell, doesn't force it. JS programmers, Scala programmers, Kotlin programmers and others have been slowly working in that direction while OCaml has been there all along.

Buy a small thermal camera instead. It is helpful for finding all sorts of problems. I checked mine and also my colleague and neighbour's electrical system and found a short circuited part that was close to causing a house fire.
