Honestly, you have two options:

1. Invest it into diversified stock/real estate portfolios and hope pretty much every economist is wrong about the upcoming collapse (feel free to gamble on some short term pump and dump meme coins as well for quick gains)

2. Hold onto it in cash + commodities (gold, silver, computer chips etc) and NEET for the next few decades.

Putting the entirety of it towards a single mortgage is perhaps the worst investment you could possible make. If you want to lose it all to the (((powers that be))) then go ahead.

The fuck that?
That’s Eren he looks so old in this pic

Get sick and spend it all on medical bills

Put it all in crypto like btards and redditfags

Buy land

This

Buying 50 acres of land with literally nothing on it but a creek in the middle of bumfuck nowhere is a 100x better investment than buying a quarter acre suburban rental property with a house built 30 years ago.

ask Any Forums Any Forums then do what they tell you to do im sure itll work out

I think option of of this user. I would not recommend buying a house or real estate any time soon. The market sucks and interest rates are through the roof (30yr FRMC 5+%), it just doesn’t make sense to buy now. I am aware you could buy something outright but I think financing something with 20% down to invest the other 80% is a better way to go. If you can get 8-10% minimum returns y/y with the remaining 80%, it’ll justify having a 3-4% interest rate on the finances property (after the market softens up a bit and interest rates go down)

buy super cheap house that cant be sold with abank loan because of "x"
>fix "x"
profit

You can still lose money doing this. You think this "house + tiny plot of land" is actually worth 100k+?
No, these properties you are talking about are a pile of useless scrap lumber, copper and concrete. The house of cards will collapse. Real estate has always been a scam but never like this.

This, you can get a solar setup for what it would have cost in the past just to connect you to the grid. Get starlink for internet and then you just have to build a septic field. You won't be able to afford a huge house but should have enough left for a mobile home. Maybe get a loan so you can put a double wide on a full basement.

Many cities are also selling cheap land and property. The problem with that is niggers. You might be able to gentrify the niggers out of the way or you'll lose everything to them.

>take 5k worth of lumber + 2k worth of concrete + 10k worth of siding and glass
>hire mexicans to build a shitty house with no training
>resell for 550k 40 miles from the city centre

You really think this status quo is sustainable?

Invest it all in Dogecoin

Yeah buying a "fixer upper" is generally a bad idea unless you can do most of the work on your own. You never know what problems you might run into.

copper is based

Funny lmao but still
This fucking country man

Housing has never been like this in the entirety of American history. Speculators are investing at a never before seen rate.
A house is no longer the sum of its parts, now its the sum + (whatever some Chinese investor deems it to be y/y)

My fixer upper I got for 50k, still spent about 40k and god-knows how many hours renovating everything. It was even fully(mostly) livable when I bought it just outdated. It should sell around 230k even though it's an hour away from the city

Good for you.
Do you think this form of printing money through endlessly inflating real estate prices is sustainable? Do you think it will become a problem for the national economy as it has time and time before?

if you gave me $150K then i wouldnt spend it on anything at all. id wait for a few years until the great depression v3 hits, and when everyone is poor, then ill have my 150K. because then, instead of everyone having 400K, they will have 150K and it will be (on more) equal footing
