32 and still living with my mom. don't be like me.
32 and still living with my mom. don't be like me
Same
Doing this at 28 and it isn't so bad, saving and investing 85% of my salary, I figure every year I spend here is a year off retirement
if you're white that's pretty embarrassing
Also a year off not actually living your life
38 here, still living with parents.
It's allrigth, your parents are probably assholes annon.
explain
im 29 and i agree. my parents went away for two weeks and it was the most free i had ever felt in my life. i cant wait to move out but that wont be for a while for various reasons. so until then im a prisoner.
i live at work
people haven't caught on yet
In many parts of the world it’s culturally accepted that kids stay at home until marriage. It’s only in the US really that has a stigma attached to it, to a greatly lesser extent in other western countries. But this has been changing for years due to the west fucking it’s own people over. In many countries it’s impossible to live alone unless you earn $$$$$. Biden wants more people living at home obviously, because he’s fucking the country up
At least there still alive
> he’s fucking the country up
Both sides are, wake up and look around.
You're stunting your personal growth by living perpetually like a child to save money.
Move out, you fucking sperg.
I moved out at 27 and even that felt embarrasing, i rented for a year and by that time i had enough for a down payment on a house
Lol yeah you sound very developed if you're getting salty and insulting random people online for no reason. Can't wait to move out and be super mature just like you!
Do you live in some meth town, what is your job, how much were you saving per month during that year, what is your salary and what are your mortgage terms
But i am 32 and i live with my parents, i dont feel sorry for myself tho, so i guess im not like you after all.
I turn 30 in July and fear I may have to move back in with my parents. My lease ends in late august, the housing market is fucked, absolutely obliterated. Unless you make $300,000 a year or more you’re kinda fucked, even in a low income area like I’m in. Even renting has become insane and impossible
There is an unnecessary stigma with living with your parents, its a good solution for many living and money related issues, but no, you arent allowed to make cost effective decision or you are seen as a no good loser.
You can think it’s not a big deal, that’s ok. I think it is, I know it’ll be a slide back on my mental health and my view of myself. I don’t know you and you don’t know me, so it works for you and is fine for you. But not for me
>Biden wants more people living at home obviously,
I am sure he thinks about this all the time
So you want to think less of yourself for doing what you think is best?
Its your life, go ahead, just dont pretend like you came up with the idea that living with your parents is somehow sad, you bought the idea from other people, well fuck other people, live by your own standards.
