How do we prevent mass shootings from occurring on a regular basis within our country?

I am not american but maybe you should make guns illegal? Guns are illegal without a license here in Russia and we don't have problems with regular mass shootings

there are mass shootings everyday when you consider armed robbery along with any and all shootings as mass shootings

I think "mass" implies 2 or more victims, and not just "had a gun and committed another crime"

1) protect schools in the same way we protect banks, airports and every federal building. Armed security on-site
2) better community support for reporting red-flags
3) crackdown on gang violence in urban areas
4) stop talking about it and irresponsibly reporting on it as it’s largely a social contagion
