It will stop the excruciatingly severe animal tortures that all dogs endure at the hands of blacks, everyday, as well as animal testing experiments conducted by blacks.
This will permanently close a private sector loophole in Animal testing laws, and disallow blacks (or black-lovers) from further torturing animals for pleasure, profit, or both.
