You can get decent priced single wide trailers for 20-30k. The problem is the land. Basically if you want cheap land you will literally have to go in the middle of nowhere like 60+ miles from the nearest small city.

That's not a trailer home. That's a manufactured house. The wheels come off after it's set and it rarely is moved. Look for the kind that still has the wheels, is used, and is 60 feet or less.
