Doja Cat is just another hyper generic pop artist, and even among them, not a particularly good one. As a rapper she's average even by mainstream standards, the production is generic and uninspired, the lyrical content is unimaginative, arrangements and everything else are just bland. She's not an artist worth discussing even if the subject is "best generic female rap pop artists". Nicki Minaj is unironically better and she's not even good.
