This is Officer Eric Tally

This is Officer Eric Tally.
During the shooting at King Sooper's in Boulder last year, Eric Talley acted immediately.
He didn't wait for backup. He didn't wait to secure the perimeter. He didn't sit on his hands while a tactical team geared up. He went in and engaged with the gunman.
He lost his life. But through his sacrifice, he saved many others. His actions bought panicking customers time to escape the carnage. And it worked. Eric Talley was the last to be killed that day.
He died, saving the lives of the people of Boulder. He fulfilled his pledge to serve and protect. It's quite unfortunate how little recognition he receives or how his name isn't brought up especially now, when we see how improperly and cowardly the police in Uvalde acted when faced with the same threat.
Eric Talley is a true police hero.

Thanks OP for calling out a real hero

The police unions only reward cowardice.

Wow, some rational men didnt rush into certain death facing an uncertain threat with a much more powerful weapon, I'm amazed. Too bad you weren't there to off yourself faggot.

This is literally the job of the police wtf.

maybe if cops got paid and respected more they would give a few shits more about putting their lives on the line. If i was a piggy i wouldnt run into bullets to protect all these ungrateful fucks

Don't take the job if you can't do the work.
Imagine a fireman, standing outside a burning building watching it go up and when someone calls him on it he sneers and replies
>Me? In there? I could get hurt!

No one's job is to die retard

the job of police is to enforce laws not protect people, the serve and protect shit on their cars is meaningless, this has been proven over and over through case law.

a fire isnt a loaded AR15 pointed directly at the doorway you are about to walk through. Youre an absolute moron if you can't tell the difference.

I'll accept this if the locals only had pistols, but most patrol cops these days have long guns. If they had long guns, they should've engaged.

That's why we call them cowards

ok larpers. How about you join up and show them how it's done instead of whining on a message board
