C++ for idiots

Help a fellow Pythonfag out, how the hell do I learn the basics of C++ without reading a 500 page textbook?

Also I don't want to pay for courses because ((()))

read the 500 page book

Read the 1200 page book

is 500 considered a lot?

What books are those???

first you have to read a 500 page book then 3 or 4 800 page books about specialized topics

This, been using to learn C++ and hasnt let me down for even a second 4 chapters in. Forget the book unless you really want to

read a book, it's still the best way to learn

Just open youtube bro

>Learn C++ In 10 Minutes
>Learn C++ in 15 minutes
>C++ in 100 Seconds

Boom. You're an expert.

read the 1200 page book and skip the exercises
those take me weeks to finish

thanks homos, I really appreciate it

dont be a brain dead lazy faggot and read.

Not OP, but should I read this book or the C++ language book?
I already know programming in other languages including C.

I've only read this one, it was good as an intro to programming concepts. I'm coming from a natural science background. If you're already there then maybe you just need an encyclopedia style book.

I'll give it a try anyway. Thanks.

The template book alone has 800 pages.

what's a template?

learncpp.com
simple as

If 500 pages are a lot you already haven't made it.

And a 500-page book to go along with it.
