I dont think that there's a conspiracy to keep black people down and I do believe that they should be held responsible for their actions. I just think alot of the problems come from people not ACTUALLY caring about issues unless it's an Instagram photo op. I've actually been affected by this. I lived in a suburb by a major city and My first year of highschool was the first year that they cut funding for inner city schools and guess where they sent those kids... We went from being a high scoring school to being a priority one school overnight. The kids that were sent to our school were never fully taught how to read/comprehend text or do basic math. If you hate niggers that much and don't want them in your neighborhood it's more economical in the long run to help them where they are or they will move into your neighborhood, or you'll have to pay for them in prison/welfare with your tax dollars.

CIA purposely planted drugs in black neighborhoods and then created project homes and told black women that they would have to banish their husbands in order to get support.
