Losing weight is a long term goal and you are looking for a shortcut. The reason that you have managed to become this obese in the first place is that you have found it is easier to eat crap and sit at home playing video games than it is for you to eat clean, hit the gym 5 times a week and go out to socialise. Knowing that, we have established you are undisciplined and lazy, therefore you will not have the ability to put in the effort to lose your gut unless you suddenly have a total personality change. Fat people don't stop being fat. It isn't just physical, your mind is also fat.

36 hour fast, only 1 liter of water. Then eat a 4 servings sized bowl of rice, then water fast for 3 days straight. Eat nothing but pineapples, celery, and bell peppers for 2 weeks straight. Then 4 oz of coconut oil fried lean beef/chicken with jalapenos at 11am every day and only water after that. On the last 48 hours you fast again. Take vitamin C every day.

Why would you ever water fast. I understand the principles in proper fasting from foods and science somewhat shows a lot of benefits to it. However, water fasting go against everything I have ever been studying and it sounds so retarded.

And it cannot really be waterfast, If you eat pineapples, celery and Bell peppers. All are water-rich foods. So you basically just limit your waterintake for some reason?

Use weight training to trigger delayed onset muscle soreness (doms) in as many parts of your body as you can, and maintain doms for 30 days.
Eat a steak and eggs diet, drinking only black coffee and water.

Buy the heaviest dumbbell set that you can bicep curl 8-10 times.
Buy the heaviest set of dumbbells that you can do lateral flys with 8-10 times.

Only protein and vegetables. Vegetables are boiled. Exercise with weight. Wrist weights, and ankle weights for hours a day. Each day wear these weights. Count calories.

Meal replacement shake for breakfast and lunch, 2 x poached eggs and vegetables for dinner. Eat ad naseum. You'll lose a tonne of weight, but you'll put it straight back on again soon after. That's the trick - not putting it on again after.
