Thinkin about picking up a 3070 to replace my 1660. So close to pulling the trigger on it.
GUTS GUTS GUTS GUTS
Might get a Fara R1 case
The red ram might stick out with a windowed case though, so maybe I'll get red sata cables to get a matching aesthetic
I just bricked this things motherboard
Fuck it, staying like that then.

Enjoy air pockets, higher temps, gurgling, premature pump failure.
what the fuck are all those cards
What APU do you have in here? I built an FM2+ build for my mom once and during testing before giving it to her I thought the higher tier A8's actually felt pretty great overall.
That topmost one looks like the same m.2->pci.e wireless card adapter that I have, they make a similar model for mpcie cards instead of m.2 ones too which might be the case considering how old these parts look. Third card looks like some kind of audio device.
Wifi, USB 3, Sound Card and GPU. There's a second GPU hiding under the fan.
It's an Athlon X4 845. Its performance has surprised me as well, given the price I got it for when I built this. It's been a reliable workhorse for a few years, and I'm likely going to stick with it for a while longer.

Very nice, I love the choice of hardware. A real build, rather than the common side window rainbow aesthetic. But you've got enough fans to cool something using 5x the TDP. Is it worth all the noise and dust buildup? Get rid of some of those fans.
I need more AICs and 5.25 devices
Have had this huge case since like 2008 but I keep reusing it. It's jammed under a desk so I don't give a shit about the hideous looks. Used to be loaded with hard drives but I bought a NAS couple years back so this will be the last build in this old case. No original case fans have survived.

Just barely upgraded to a 3080 ti and now I'm CPU bottlenecked. I was tempted to grab a 5950x but I'm holding out hope for some more Zen3 3dvc releases like the 5800x3d.
why did you get the 12600k
