u can stay t my place

rice carbs are main source of fuel for general metabolism

beans are cheap and long lasting protein for the constructive parts of your body like cell structures, muscle, skin, etc

flavor with salt (hot sauce is best), my favorite is Louisiana hot sauce

micronutrients from veggies will be difficult, but at least your fiber needs will be taken care of

shop at dollar store, Aldi South, or go to food kitchen and beg for free

Bologna and bread or ramen noodles. 20 bucks in ramen noodles you're straight for 2 fucking months

Eggs. Buy only eggs

Literally, just get flour and make your own pasta. 100 grams and add water. Knead, let rest, cut, shape, boil, mix in sauce.
Make sauce with just butter, garlic, parsley or any herb. Or tomatoes, basil and oil.
Pasta is the cheapest crap you can make at home.

Don't listen to this

This guy had a shitty mom

Eggs with rice and beans in bulk
The Asian sections of supermarkets have large rice bags.

Just buy cheap pasta and rice, retard. Why the fuck would you buy flour and vegetables and herbs with your last 20 dollars

Alright enny you fat faggot

Local food bank

My first thought is:
>Big box of store brand cereal (the healthy kind)
>3ltr store brand milk
>2 long banana's
You should be out ~$8, this will give you a big bowl of cereal every morning + 1/3 a banana for the first week, and enough milk to last and put a splash in any coffee / tea you might have. This sorts you for half the day for 2 weeks.
>Big pack of plain store brand sausages (~24 pack)
>Large bag of regular store brand white rice
>Large bag of frozen peas/corn/carrot
Gives you 2 large sausages, rice, and veg a day, enough for 2 weeks. Eat as is, or mix together with stock cubes (if you have them).

You should get all the above at near on the $20 mark, a bag of potatoes would go a long way to fill a dinner plate if you can do it.

large bag of rice. And I mean large. dry rice has about 350kcal per 100g. do the math. at least 300g/day to not slowly die. min. 500g to somewhat stay on track.
spend any leftover money 50:50 on the cheapest (per g) available protein source and vegetables.

of course you can substitute rice with another cheap-o kcal source if available in your area.

Go to the back of grocery stores and dig in their dumpsters a lot of the stuff they throw away is good

I think meat is generally a bad idea when money-starving. the cheap ones, if even available, are usually watered down industrial waste with food coloring. look at the macro nutrient labels, there's no nutrition for the money.

Ez mode : Instant ramen and eggs
Pro mode : Rice and beans
PSYCHO NIGGAZ : Hotdogs and peanut butter

find yourself a sugar daddy, let him cage your cock, suck his dick when he asks to and boom, you officially work 24/7 as a sub and get free meals

a box of pasta from my local chain costs 89 cents. This fucking retard just told you how to spend literally all 20$ at once.

Do you already have seasonings and oils?

A can of beans with a cup of rice is more than enough food for a day. Alternate days between this and ramen.
