Allowing my vices to take a hold tonight. Tomorrow us going to be the start of a new chapter of my life, and I'm starting it off on the right foot.
I love her, and just because what we had doesn't exist anymore doesn't mean we won't find it again with other people. She was the light that got me through the pandemic, but she was not going to be a good mother to the kids we wanted to have. Her upbringing was all sorts of fucked up and it kept creeping through.
I'm going to spend tonight feeling sorry for myself, and going to start building myself up tomorrow. Not for women, not to get a companion, but for myself. I need to focus on that again.
I'll always love her.
