no, because there are other factors that go into a cohesive and stable nation than just IQ. racial and ethnic homogeneity are important, as well. though i'd take east asians over africans 8 days a week. especially if they are from japan, china, or korea, the highest IQ asian nations and, generally speaking, the most competent of the east asian tribes.

i worked construction as a young man 20 years ago. those mexicans i worked with were generally hard working, though there were definitely some shitheads among them. but back then, it was still somewhat difficult to gain entry to america. thus, only the hardest working, most motivated immigrant would come here. today, with a completely porous southern border, any lazy and fat fuck can waltz across and take up residence here.
when immigration is hard, we get the best. when it is easy, we get the average.
