i am saving like 50% but there is still a considerable amount that's growing every month even after paying bills and food. also inflation is fucking crazy where i live so it's a good idea to diversify a bit, thanks for that.

Short tech long gas for a year, then buy s&p. Or just buy bonds and wait a bit until you feel comfortable going into the s&p. Put your money into the market and have it to either give to your kids or nephews or give away.

Save it, open a 401k and put some in there, maybe invest in some stonks?

Doesn't it depend on where the houses are? For example NYC, LA etc. If you buy a house in München or Berlin you can be almost sure that the value will increase noticeably or at least doesn't loose value.
