When you start exercising, you'll gain muscle and the number on the scale will stay the same while you lose fat. It'll take a while to start getting lighter.

Start running 1 mile a day slow or fast doesn't fucking matter just fucking do it and shut the fuck up.
Gradually build up to 2 miles with time. Fast or slow doesn't fucking matter just get it fucking done.
Then get to three miles. Once you're at three miles try to increase your time every time.
All the while try to stick to two light meals a day with one cheat day a week if your fat ass really needs it. But if you want to do it fast and you want to cheat day then you don't really want it fast. You just think you want it fast cuz you're a fat prick that wants everything easy.
Add a fruit smoothie in there for nutrients every day if you want.
Fast 2 days a week. Eat one meal that day and fast the rest of the day.
Stop eating after 7:00 p.m. to , 7:00 a.m.. This is intermittent fasting and will speed up the fat burning process
Lastly, set weekly goals that you want to reach no matter what to help you through the painful hunger. Well, it's only temporarily painful. You get over it as your mind gets stronger. The best weight loss diet is the one you can stick with the longest. I used to be about 86 kg at 168cm. My routine:
>no red meat, very little refined starch and sugar

>coffee and tea allowed with limited sweetener
>some starches allowed, mostly whole grains
>careful limits on portion size (I'm American)

I'm fat and keeping hygienic is super easy. I don't get how other fats don't feel the need to regularly bathe.
Keto+workout is the only thing fast. Lift weights but also do cardio, stay on keto and be in calorie deficit.

Spend 30 minutes a day working out to start. You can split that into 2 15mins or 3 10mins. Count your reps. Increase them each day. Focus arms one day, alternate to legs to let your arms rest. Recovery is important for muscle growth but to do something like this fast, you need to work out every day. Hence the split muscle groups.
I lost 70lbs in 2 months from a starting point of 350 like this. It's hard work but doable and you won't spend shit on food
