There must be a SERIOUS, WORLDWIDE BAN on ALL ANIMAL OWNERSHIP AND TESTING.
There must be a special, permanent license for maybe 150k. Maybe a 2 year waiting period. This license can include multiple companion animals, food animals, or both.
It will stop the excruciatingly severe animal tortures that all dogs endure at the hands of blacks, everyday, as well as animal testing experiments conducted by blacks.
This will permanently close a private sector loophole in Animal testing laws, and disallow blacks (or black-lovers) from further torturing animals for pleasure, profit, or both.
Can't do anything about rich niggers once they get money.. such as Michael Vick, but oh well, It will at least bottleneck the sheer torture........
