Shit. I've seen several close friends get really sick, fucking around with that vegetarian bullshit. I mean REALLY sick. I had a big round of "I told you so" just for each one of them. My Doctor was also telling me about people that come to him with all kinds of strange ailments and it keeps turning out that they're vegan and fucked up. I eat everything and weigh 120 lbs. Just pay attention and you can eat anything. My diet is NOT a political statement or to be fashionable.
