i use gnomes task manager or whatever its called since im not a larper

htop is not larper software you dumb nigger

A fucking Rust tranny calling someone else a nigger. Hold them presses, boys.

nah, never said so

however people on Any Forums using htop are

Htop is written in C

top or htop is useful tool when you ssh into a server. if you use linux you're probably accustomed to cli so it's natural to use it. each desktop environment has their own system monitor gui so it can be annoying to use.

It can show temperature too.

you can also have it collapse the tree view by default and highlight newly spawned processes for a few seconds

/thread.

>bashtop
>superior
kek
if you want superior install btop. Less than half the resource uses compared to bashtop

btop is better

Your picrel looks like it was made to look cool rather than be useful.
If you want an actual alternative with more information, take a look at glances.

It's not. Btop is.

>btop
Doesn't seem that useful other than looking cool, just like bashtop. All the unnecessary graphs take away space from the process list.

be a man and say what you have to say

how else am i supposed to terminate process because your dumb freetard os crashed video drivers again and only way to do it is via ssh and htop? you probably one of those idiots who does REISUB every time something goes wrong instead of debugging it
