Are there any extensions that can highlight a post with a color, or make the font of a post bigger, or have a number beside a post, based on the number of (you)s it got? Or maybe a sort? It's a bit useful sometimes to look at where certain images are dumped etc.

yeah, just write a userscript
you can make it look however you want, and even have the same scrollbar highlights
