Those people are right in their judgment that it's both either good or bad. I've luckily had it really good almost everytime and this time it's really good again. Made lifelong friends doing it but probably because I like booze.

Yeah basically got lucky. I swear booze is the key. A place that's booze friendly is also friendly in general. I mean not continuously blitzed but people who tend to have a good laugh with booze and have no qualms about drinking heavily at times are good people to cohabitate with.
