It depends. If you don't mind Wine, then two thirds of Steam library is at your service, and even more - I managed to create trannies in SIms 4 with 40 gigs of mods with no trouble, also, most S.T.A.L.K.E.R. mods work like a charm.
But if you wanna go full Linuxfag, there will be some difficulties. Can't remember any recent titles, but there are FOSS alternative engines to old games like Morrowind and Call of Pripyat. Also, there's Minecraft and Warband, two games any Linux gamefag, IMHO, should at least try.

Right now - nothing. In general - Anomaly, Xenoverse 2, Siberia, aforementioned Sims 4 with 40 gigs of mods. Beware though, it's next to impossible to make GTA V work without becoming Gabe's fucking slave.
