I'm the same way. Theres a lot about the world that keeps me awake at night, literally. A lot of injustice, bad and stupid stuff that is acceptable in our society. I haven't found a solution for this problem. But it helps to actually do something about making the world a better place, like learning about the problems that bug me, trying to refine my own opinions on things and opinions on how I 'think' the world really works. And also by speaking out about things that I think are wrong, but respectfully. If you try to argue/shame/be rude to someone you think is doing something wrong then you'll get nowhere with them, ultimately making 0 change. You'll actually push them further down that behavior you're criticizing them for.

He said in a youtube video interview, the handling of the pandemic has caused more harm than the pandemic itself. Thats a conservative view point. Thats the point at which I stopped listening to him.
