Give it literally 5 seconds and you'll see plenty of blood. as for the hole, it looks like the bullet hit around the nose/mouth, I think it might actually be blocked by the mask, not that it would be very visible regardless at this dogshit quality

They're .223/5.56 mags. The largest you might get out of it is a .300 blackout, but not with how many rounds he's firing off before he would have to reload. More than likely its .223 ball rounds which would look just like it does in the video. High velocity, small caliber penetration with small entry and likely small exit if its ball ammo.
