Right at this moment? 64, on average, 68-72.

How is your walking heart rate fucking 152? I am lucky if it gets near 120 when just walking.

Half the time mine doesn't even read that I HAVE a heart beat.
I vote with the user that says they are shit

Mine used to be 56-60 but then they put me on Wellbutrin lmfao now resting it’s like 92-96

Don’t know, usually not that high. I rarely leave the house and when I do, it’s on my electric scooter. Sometimes I gotta take this heavy shit up or down the stairs, maybe that counts as walk.

Good lord, can you hear it in your head when you try to sleep?

120 on average but I'm 5'5" 130 pounds healthy just have a heart condition. Was in control when I was younger but now I'm 21 on my own with no insurance.

Also working out is a bitch. I have low blood pressure so no cardio.

your once a month outdoor walk

Dude try to walk like 6000 steps a day, and then when that is easy increase it. See what that does for your heart rate.

I’m ducking lazy man, I can’t get myself to just walk. I’m completely fucked. My only walks consist of elevator or kitchen. I’m lucky i’m still not fat.

I’m trying to eat healthy though, at least. sometimes.

Not really it more feels like you’re constantly trying to calm down and you can’t you’re not in control , the only like really concerning thing tho is the palpitations if I stand up too quickly it happens like 4 times in a row

That's crazy. Wellbutrin for depression or anxiety or something? that's not long-term sustainable imho, not a doc though.
