Would body hygiene rights with one law that forces women do depilate their bodies clean would be good?

Let them do what they're good at out of natural free will instead of pretending that they should emulate men, partake in politics and say goodbye to the family.

Small ones on calf, forearm, back, arms. Like only on small areas instead of covering whole arms and legs.

Yeah apply it to visible ones. If it can be seen while wearing shorts and t shirts, it's taxed. Not much but enough to discourage someone from getting it.
