Holy hell I really miss the early internet. It ironically felt a lot bigger back then these days we all seem to be funneled to the same big sites. Can't use search engines tp explore the internet like we used to. And every website looks like a copy paste of each other with different colors pallets.

Try using any major search engine, when you type in a query it will tell you you have a certain number of results.....but if you get to the end of the pages of results the actual number you can access isn't the same as the number of results they say there is.

It wasn't the underlying tech stack what made Flash cool but how it gave to any user powerful abstractions to quickly make animated and interactive content. We have yet to reach something as flexible and easy to use with modern open sores sturdurds, and that's the true loss. The philosophy of giving users (both unexperiencied and advanced) powerful and accesible tools to get stuff done. Is all about passive propaganda consumption now.

Nope. HTML5 doesn't have the animation capabilities of Flash. You can get close to it with JS, but it's a lot harder to do - the thing about Flash authoring is you could do it all within the authoring app, and export it. by the time Adobe got a hold of it, it was a stable platform that was mature, and got better under Adobe. You must just be a coomer who jerked off to Flash games, and not know how Flash was authored to claim that they're equal. They're not.

Stop coping. I don't use Unity, it's still a popular tool that supports HTML5. You can find tons of Unity games online right now that rival Flash games.
