macOS >a single install just works for 10 years, can work for another 10 years with a free update! A single mac can run for 30 years and never lose your data!
udindu >install becomes defunct after a few years, if that because there's always something new that has to go into the next version of the distro >when you do a major update you can lose all your data and end up sitting at a black screen with a blinking cursor >chuds on Any Forums tells you that you should have backed your shit up lol! >you literally have to buy an external drive just to make sure you never lose your data with udindu >you have to go to another distro hoping that it won't destroy your data like the previous one just did
I don't give a shit, I can't play my videogames on it. But I like the picture, thanks

> itoddler pedophile is actually a pedophile shocking. we had no idea that itoddlers were rampant sex offenders. such a mystery why apple wanted cp scanning software installed on every device.
Wrong pedo. Apple searches your devices for CP which is why pedos are all moving to linux under the guise of "MUH PRIVACY"

arch linux is even worse example of update destroying your install. arch is literally windows of linux at this point. not only does it have system fucking d, but it cant even be stable. you should either use devuan or gentoo if you want stability

>Wrong pedo. Apple searches your devices for CP which is why pedos are all moving to linux under the guise of "MUH PRIVACY" the absolute cope posting of itoddler child molesters. when you're not raping toddlers, you're on Any Forums just making shit up as you go. it's ok, now the world knows that apple users are mostly rampant sex offenders that need spyware to make sure they're not sharing child porn, you've ran out of credibility. not that you had any to begin with.

Been on it for 6 months and it legitimately just werks. Arch is stable.
The only time I've had a bug introduced from an update was actually last week with Plasma, an update came out where every time my screen would lock in Plasma, I was unable to restore the desktop. By the time I came home from work, another update had already came out which fixed it....
I seriously have MORE issues with Windows bugging out at work than KDE+Arch at home.
tfw windows is so shit that even arch with kde is more stable nowadays

I don't know man, I never had Windows crash and restart the session just by moving a panel a bit too fast or show a context menu for a file on the desktop on a different monitor.
Justin Baker
tl;dr This isn't your blog ESL pedo.

i had it crash for absolutely no reason everything just froze and lost color, i had to restart and lose 10 minutes worth of unsaved editing this never happened to me on any linux distro
Matthew Martinez
But only KDE has that whole "when something freezes let's turn everything grayscale", I think you're mixing them up
Joseph Bennett
kde does that too? never saw it freeze

>grayscale oh, no, it was not completely gray, it just lost some saturation but still was a little colored
