Clover and Kuroda are both shit and stopped working after the new Captcha was introduced. The devs stopped maintaining them in 2017. You would think with how many hits this site gets monthly, and all the NEETs on here, we would have a modern app built on React Native. Surely someone has already done this right? I'm mulling the idea of doing this myself but there's no way a modern app doesn't already exist somewhere. I simply don't want to reinvent the wheel.
Using the browser version shouldn't be an option in this day and age ffs.

The reason popular websites/corporations have apps is to harvest your data. Every time you install an app and login/agree to give access to your camera, contacts list, messages, and local storage you are letting someone know your activity.

Yeah it was an iOS app at first and Apple has design guidelines to try and make sure itoddlers don't get lost on 3rd party apps. But personally I think they make apps look like full-on information vomit. Ichan is another Any Forums app that started as an iOS thing and it is similarly cramped.

Apple never allows any apps with porn and racism. It's a major reason why a lot of apps go full globohomo before launching an app. Tumbler is an example, they banned all their porn microsites to have their app hosted on the App Store.
