Woke up an hour after work started, logged in an got no messages. I know I missed at least one meeting. I'm more worried that nobody said anything than if they had asked...

Thoughts on Siemens?

I see this on kraut jobs. No idea what it means.

>probably but I'm hoping how bad it was actually factored in a bit more
Unless you have actual inside knowledge of the company there is no way to accurately target your resume . It is partly kind of left to chance, like for people here who don't believe me I ask you to reflect on this, think about your current role then go back and look at the job description for your job before you applied, just how much of that job description actually described what you ended up doing? I'm guessing more often than not there was a bunch of shit that never came up with the things that did buried around with no indication that that is what the employer is looking for and sometimes the skills the employer actually needs not even being in the job description to begin with.
At the end of the day its partly fucking luck to somehow match what they want.

Give me the quick rundown on being a devops engineer

How is the recession treating you?

Not affected by it at all.

Our company keeps hiring like crazy so I guess they don't think about laying off people. Prices are over the roof though, as a techfag I can afford it, but not so much close relatives which sucks.

>contributed 50k+ lines of code to git in 2 months
how in the fuck?

Is that good or bad?

forgot to gitignore node modules

Anyone looked around just to see their market worth only to come to the realization that you have to hold on to your current job for dear life?
