Isn't DRM great?

Absolutely no one here should be surprised.

>not buying movies on disc
>not pirating

I still go to pawnshops or check eBay for movies I want, usually don't pay more than $5 for a Blu Ray unless it's some series box or collection

copyright needs to be abolished

After this, I don't want to hear anyone, especially a Hollywood geezer, try to explain that there is no good reason for filesharing. Legal customers paid to buy those movies permanently, and not only can they not download those films, they will lose the ability to access it at all, and with NO REFUNDS.

Now we have the documented precedent we need in case anyone tries to argue with us.

there's already been tons of cases of this happening before though
normietroons don't care because they don't play or watch anything more than once after buying it and they don't play or watch anything released more than a year ago

there's nothing wrong with that, the beast handles souls a lot and knows what's best for yours

Capitalism and its consequences have been a disaster for the human race.

Subscripton cattle paid to rent those movies permanently
FTFY. It's all in the TOS, just like Steam, etc.

neolithic revolution you mean...

I still get my movies from limewire

Digital "Purchases" are just renting.

I have a ThinkPad with the latest version of iTunes to continue to buy stuff from the store.
I have a Surface with iTunes 12.6 so I can still sync my old iPod games and so I can use TuneFab.

TuneFab removes the DRM of iTunes shows and movies, btw.

Who even buys movies on a console's webstore?

doesn't matter who, the issue is that they do

Yeah that ties into my question. There's got to be something wrong with them, do they not know it's just as easy to buy the dvd?

I pirate everything and am delighted. Paying for content is for chumps.
