Actually it might have a relation to those.
As the Debian releases are named after Toy Story characters (Hollywood!) and the logo originates from Buzz LightYear's swirl on his face.
That might be a secret symbol representing those on the right (Hollywood!)
But I don't think that Debian itself is a pedo and that is just a coincidence.
