We live in an era of widespread censorship and repression of independent thought and expression. Much of it goes unnoticed, but cracks in the facade become visible during moments like this when the moderation falters.

To be fair, spinning rust seems appropriate for that website. The hot pages with active discussions are probably being served straight out of cache, I hope, not off the disc. All the old discussions stored on disc must have a rather low retrieval rate, I expect anything not on the front page is very cold.
