Reading isn't bad actually, idk maybe you could if there were apps for it and you used real keyboard.
I adjust sliders by pointing and dragging with controller. Don't need joystic.
You can finger type without those, but monkeys at Meta made it so you have to pinch to press button when using hand tracking.
