Just do the same command twice, first with -pass 1 and then with -pass 2

Absolute brainlet here, always been using webm for retards and setting crf using trial and error instead of limiting the size, what's the best way to adjust max size using a command? Already googled pretty much everything else that I need and I resize/crop videos using avidemux before converting to webm.
