flatpack

why the fuck are you using ubuntu

install debian or mint

Because it's the closest thing to just werks you can possibly get on Linux. Arch and Fedora are rolling releases meaning they will break in a month. Debian and Mint are for servers.

Don't use Ubuntu, you fucking retard. Just install Debian already.

Install Fedora

>Mint on servers
Nigger WHAT

sudo dnf install chromium-browser

>Arch and Fedora are rolling releases
Arch is, Fedora is not. The Fedora release upgrade process is also extremely consistent and reliable.

>Debian and Mint are for servers
Debian is popular for servers but can easily be configured for consumer desktop usage. Mint is meant for consumer desktop usage.

sudo apt install apt-transport-https curl

sudo curl -fsSLo /usr/share/keyrings/brave-browser-archive-keyring.gpg brave-browser-apt-release.s3.brave.com/brave-browser-archive-keyring.gpg

echo "deb [signed-by=/usr/share/keyrings/brave-browser-archive-keyring.gpg arch=amd64] brave-browser-apt-release.s3.brave.com/ stable main"|sudo tee /etc/apt/sources.list.d/brave-browser-release.list

sudo apt update
sudo apt install brave-browser

Use mint not ubuntu

i can maybe understand this sentiment for arch but fedora? shit is rock solid stable with backing from redhat. prolly the most polished and stable linux os.

So the only way to install it through apt is by adding some tranny dev to your sources? Why are Linuxusers like this?

fosspost.org/chromium-deb-package-ubuntu-22-04/

>everyone I don't know is a tranny!

>yeah i will totally just add this rando to my sources
>linux rulez

$ sudo apt install guix
$ guix pull
$ guix install ungoogled-chromium ublock-origin-chromium

Or in a container:
$ guix shell --container --network --no-cwd ungoogled-chromium ublock-origin-chromium \
--preserve='^DISPLAY$' -- chromium

99.9% of distros don't force snaps or flatpaks on you.

>linux
>polished and stable
kek

>ubuntu
>chromium
just kys
