There must be a SERIOUS, WORLDWIDE BAN on ALL ANIMAL OWNERSHIP AND TESTING.
There must be a special, permanent license for maybe 250k. Maybe a 3 year waiting period. This license can include multiple companion animals, food animals, or both.
It will stop the excruciatingly severe animal tortures that all dogs endure at the hands of blacks, everyday, as well as animal testing experiments conducted by blacks.
This will permanently close a private sector loophole in Animal testing laws, and disallow blacks from further torturing animals for pleasure, profit, or both.
Can't do anything about rich niggers like Michael Vick, but oh well, It will at least bottleneck the sheer torture........
This will also prevent blacks from utilizing higher technology to torture puppies, mothers, or other animals including food animals or wildlife, with higher tech as it becomes more available.
